The Building

A multi-purpose arts and culture facility owned and operated by the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs.

In August of 2010 the Oak Cliff Cultural Center opened its doors, officially replacing the Ice House Cultural Center, which closed in September of 2009.

For over a decade, the Ice House provided Oak Cliff and the surrounding communities with diverse art and cultural experiences. The newly renovated Oak Cliff Cultural Center, owned and operated by the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs with its art gallery and multi-purpose studio, continues in this tradition of cultural service and has ushered in a new era of artistic and cultural opportunity.
