The Space
We offer 5 spacious dance studios and 1 Black Box Theater (seats 125) available to host your fitness classes, dance rehearsals and classes, performances, filming, intensives, birthday parties, church services and more!
Hourly Rental
$63 – $125 per hour

Theater - $125/hour
Studio 2 -$63/hour
Studio 3 - $63/hour
Studio 4/5 - $84/hr
Studio 6 - $63/hour
Studio 7 - $63/hour
Rental Requirements
Renters will be required to complete and sign our Facility Event Rental Agreement and Contract in order to confirm their rental. Liability insurance may be required for your event, please contact the rental coordinator for more information.
An additional fee of $25/hour for a front office attendant to be present at the front desk through the duration of your rental is required for each rental.
We are a smoke-free facility, and no alcohol is allowed on the premises unless approved by the Rental Coordinator with additional regulations, on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required to confirm your space rental.
