Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Cancellations: 50% deposit is required to secure reservations with the remaining 50% due day-of. 50% of the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation; full deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to the scheduled event. Outside of the final contract, no guarantees can be made when accommodating additional guests. Fees for additional guests will vary based on show, space, & food availability. The Building
Dallas Comedy Club is a multi-use entertainment, training, and performance venue in the heart of Deep Ellum. Our space includes two theaters, four classrooms, a podcast room, a semi-private clubhouse, and a large patio. All areas of the facility are available to rent for comedy shows, workshops, private and/or corporate events.

Dallas Comedy Club has no public parking. There is metered street parking available on Elm, Hall, and Main Street, as well as paid surface lots throughout the surrounding area.
