Rules & Regulations
We are serious about our art and our studios reflect this. The building is under management and there are house rules.
Rental/Proposal Process
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee applies after the 5th.
Cancellation Policy
First month and last month due up front. 30 days notice of cancellation is standard.

The Building
ARTISTS@1808, originated by Bob Nunn, is a collective of more than a dozen artists, most of whom were displaced when the old Continental Gin Building in Deep Ellum was sold. We now occupy 4000sf in a nicely refurbished, exceptionally clean, quiet and secure former wholesale warehouse facility just east of downtown Dallas, bordering both Deep Ellum and The Cedars arts districts. See our website: http://artistsat1808.com Presently, two small studio spaces are available: one is about 340sf for $595/mo and the other is about 450sf for $790/mo. We are looking for 2D artists to join us! (Visits by appointment only, please.)
Hours
Artist access to studios is 24/7/365.
Artists have their own individual keycards for building access and keys for studio access.
Parking
On-site parking is fenced and gated, with keycode access. On-site and street parking is available for visitors.
Public Transportation
Bus stops right out front.
Accessibility
Building is compliant for accessibility standards, including a passenger elevator.
Security
Building access is controlled, with a receptionist at the main entry. Tenants have their own direct entry from the secure parking area. Exterior lighting and cameras are operating.
